Piece of Pear Pizza

Pear Pizza Recipe | ctrlcurate.com Pear Pizza Recipe | ctrlcurate.com

This week’s recipe is another small bites. Bartlett pears are season favorite, but buying them in a bushel for a 3 person household means finding new ways to use them. This pizza recipe is great as a personal pizza, an appetizer, or even a pizza making station for Thanksgiving.

Using this recipe as a base, other amazing add-ons would be prosciutto, arugula, walnuts, or caramelized onions.

Pear Pizza
1 large, garlic naan
garlic butter
1 Bartlett pear
Gorgonzola (about 2 oz.)
large handful of spinach

Preheat oven to 300. Coat the naan with garlic butter, and arrange on a baking sheet. Pop in the oven for 5 minutes. While the naan is toasting, prepare the pear by slicing it into small wedges. After 5 minutes, take the baking sheet out.

Generously sprinkle the Gorgonzola over the naan. Layer the spinach and pear slices on top to taste. Put your pizza back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve with glasses of white.
